Head to the homepage, choose how many tickets you'd like for the current prize, and complete checkout. You'll need an account to enter — it only takes a minute to set one up.

Every draw has a fixed number of tickets available, shown on the competition page. Once that cap is reached, entries close for the week regardless of how many days are left on the clock.

Odds depend on how many tickets are sold for that week's draw and how many you hold. Because every draw has a hard ticket cap, your odds are shown as a simple ratio (like 1 in 500) right on the competition page — no hidden extra entries are ever added.

Yes — you can buy multiple tickets for the same draw, up to the remaining ticket cap. Each ticket you hold is a separate entry into that week's draw.

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout. Payment is taken at the time you buy your tickets.

Because tickets are limited and odds are calculated the moment they're sold, entries are non-refundable once purchased — except where required by law, or if a draw is cancelled by us before it closes.

Each competition runs for seven days. The countdown on the homepage always shows exactly when the current draw closes and the winner is picked.

Once the ticket cap is reached or the countdown ends, whichever comes first, one ticket number is drawn at random from every valid entry sold that week.

We contact the winner directly using the email address and phone number on their account, and announce the result once they've been reached.

Physical prizes are shipped directly to the winner at no extra cost. We'll confirm delivery details with you once you've been contacted as the winner.
